Zoran is the Principal and owner of Coast to Coast Business Sales and Xcllusive Business Sales. Having started in business at 17 and sold his own business, he understands what it takes to sell successfully. He founded Xcllusive in 2004 to create a team that brings transparency, knowledge, and commitment to business sales. Xcllusive Business Sales acquired Coast to Coast Australia magazine in 2019, expanding its reach and services in the business sales industry.

Editor & Manager – Sydney
Sophie is passionate about providing quality customer service and delivering successful results for clients. She manages the team at Coast to Coast and oversees day-to-day operations and service delivery.
She brings extensive customer service experience, including management roles in the IT industry, retail, real estate, and running her own business. With a strong focus on teamwork and a commitment to outstanding service, Sophie is dedicated to supporting both clients and the sales team to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Leigh has many years of experience as a Business Broker with Coast to Coast and Xcllusive Business Sales. He also brings firsthand small business knowledge from his background in hospitality, having been a partner in a successful café/restaurant for 20 years.

Mark has over 25 years of firsthand business experience. He owned and operated three successful franchised businesses in Central West NSW and is recognised as a leader in the region. He has held various positions in tourism, council, business chambers, entrepreneurship programs, and community fundraising initiatives.
